What is the warranty provided by Indian Hobby Center?
All products sold by Indian Hobby Center by default are covered under 3 days warranty even if you see warranty none on the product page.
We at Indian Hobby Center assure you of providing an accurate description and standard industrial quality products on the website. All our products would be covered under manufacturing defect warranty and would be repaired / replaced if found defective. If any product is found to be not working or not matching the description of the website, the same needs to be informed to us via email on info@indianhobbycenter.com within a period of 3 days from delivery of the product to avail the warranty.
Please note that if the product is modified / damaged due to improper handling, reverse polarity voltage input, overloading, short circuit or ESD the warranty will be void.
How do I claim warranty for the products?
Please email Indian Hobby Center with the details of the problem faced in the product along with relevant images / operating video. Our customer service department will check the details and if required issue a Return Merchandise Authorization. Also, our team can take decision to replace the product without return or refund amount for that product.
After the RMA number is issued, we will arrange Courier Partner to pick or your order or for remote location where the courier service not available, the customer has to courier the product to the below address mentioning the RMA number on the return box. The address for courier is:

Once the product is received, our technical services department will check and update within a week of receiving the parcel.
My product is out of warranty but not working somehow, can Indian Hobby Center repair my product?
Yes, for sure. If the warranty is over it doesn’t mean that our responsibility towards the sold product is over. We provide repairing service at minimal possible rates. Please reach out to us at info@indianhobbycenter.com and we shall be glad to help you.
My product is completely working but of no use to me will Indian Hobby Center accept return?
Indian Hobby Center will be able to exchange any item only if the packaging is not broken and provided the customer has informed us within 24 hours of receiving the items. If any of this criterion is not matched Indian Hobby Center is not liable to exchange such items. We urge customers to select products properly while ordering. Once the items are used, we will be unable to sell to someone else hence Indian Hobby Center is firm on not accepting such items back.
What are the Shipping Charges?
Economy shipping: Free shipping is applicable to the purchase of Rs.999/-.The order gets delivered within 5-7 working days. (8-10 days in case of the battery as it travels through the surface). We Charge Shipping fees of Rs 59/- for order below Rs.999/-
I Need a GST invoice for my order.
We send GST invoice to every customer once the order is placed. If the customer has a valid GST details, they can mention it while placing an order from us. Still if a you want any alterations to be done in GST invoice received from us, then

Once we receive you ticket, we will provide you the invoice.
Please note, We will not be able to provide you the GST invoice in case we receive the request for invoice in the month other than the one in which the order has been made.
e.g. If the order is placed on January and customer raises a request for invoice after January, then we wont be able to help the customer as the tax filing for January month would have been finished at the end of January itself.
It is recommended that the customer raises invoice request soon after placing an order.
Money deducted but no order got placed?
It happens sometimes, In such cases the money is neither with us nor with the bank but if we receive your money without order, we will refund it within 3 working days. Rest assured, the money will come back to your bank account after 5 working days once the payment reconciliation happens at bank’s end.
If the money still does not reflect in your bank account, contact us with Name of the customer, Email ID used at the time of placing order and Any reference number of transaction that you received from bank.
