(B) Unacceptable Orders, Cancellation of Orders By Us – There are, however, technical or other reasons why We may not accept or may cancel your order during the entire ordering process, even after our acceptance of your order. Such reasons can be, but are not limited to, the unfeasibility of the model, an infringing feature of your 3D Model, or the destination of the delivery you indicated in your order. You will receive a full refund for the cancelled item(s) if we cancel your entire or partial order, with the exception of fraud or other violations of our policies.

(C) Prices: The prices that are shown on the Website or Platform are just indications and only apply at the time they are shown. We reserves the right to change its prices on the website at any time without prior notice to you. However, orders placed before the new price was posted to the website will not be affected by this change. We make every effort to avoid pricing errors. However, should an error occur, we are not bound by our offer and may cancel the order. In the event of an error, any amount paid related to that order will be refunded to you.

(D) Payment and Cost: The price shown on the ordering page includes the cost of the 3D Model's materials as well as the fee for the service (such as printing and packing the model). Shipping costs and sales tax are included in the price shown on the ordering page, but import duties and taxes (if any) are not. The item's printing costs are included in the Platform price. After authorizing and holding payment, We will begin production on paid-for orders. For orders paid for via bank transfer, We will begin production after the funds arrive in the our bank account. In the event that the selected payment method fails for any reason, We reserves the right to process the payment again or require you to provide an alternative method of payment.

(E) Acceptance Following our acceptance of your order, we will send you an email order confirmation to your email address. The date that the order confirmation is sent to you will be the date that it becomes effective. We will notify you via email if we are unable to accept your order. You ought to confirm the information in the confirmation email. You should get in touch with us as soon as possible by sending an email to customer service if there are any errors.

(G) Cancellation Of Your Order, Return Of 3D Models – Due to the personalized nature of our Services (i.e. the 3D Print is manufactured by us based on your specifications and we print it for you on demand), you cannot cancel your order once it is placed. Orders are fulfilled using the model file version that existed at the time of purchase. In addition, we are unable to issue refunds on "Gift Card" purchases at any time, with the exception of when required by law. (H) Violations of the Content Policy Prior to printing, we will reject your model and issue a refund if we discover that it violates our Content Policy. We only guarantee that, within the limitations of 3D printing technology, the model we produce will substantially match the features of the specified 3D model. We do not provide any guarantees regarding the model's appearance, weight, or suitability for any particular purpose. Upon receipt, please inspect the model immediately. If the model is faulty when you received it and you believe you are entitled to a replacement in accordance with the warranty above, please contact us by sending email to ops.ihc@gmail.com within 2 days after receipt of the model. This warranty claim can only be made within two days of you receiving the model. Do not return the model unless we require you to do so. We will determine whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement. We will cover the costs of shipping a defective product. THE MODELS SHOULD NOT COME IN CONTACT WITH ELECTRICITY OR FOOD OR LIQUIDS AND SHOULD BE KEPT AWAY FROM HEAT.

Rights to Intellectual Property in 3D Designs As a designer, you keep all rights to your 3D design's intellectual property, including any derivative works like 3D renders. Except for the rights and licenses specified below, We shall not use, modify or display your 3D design or derivatives thereof. You represent and warrant that your 3D design was created entirely by you and was not copied from any third party or organization by uploading it. You guarantee that your User-Generated Content will not violate any third parties' intellectual property rights. Should your User Generated Content nevertheless be found to be infringing and/or in violation of any law, you will defend us against third party claims, and be held liable for all (direct and indirect) damages and costs incurred by us with respect to such claims.
